    Hi, thank you for your videos, I just did my 24 hr fast by your recommendation, only water and 2 black coffees I was feeling pretty concentrated and spiritually capable for 22.5 hr, and my hunger wasn’t that bad at all But the last 90 min went not so well I think my body talked to me for the first time, I started behaving a little aggressively and was full of anxiety Even though it was decent at the start, I still have my cortisol levels up, it’s been 1,5 hr after it and a 1000 calorie healthy meal behind I definitely would try it again, but not more than for 20 hr at least a few next times P.s. I found your channel about a month ago, we with my girlfriend completely changed our diet to more healthier foods like quinoa, sweet potatoes, avocado, salmon and etc And it feels amazing, no feeling of sacrificing anything, I lost 6 lb in 3 weeks, my gf lost 2 lb We already got used to it and realize we know about our foods and how it affects our bodies a lot more, Thanks to you!

    I like this , I have tried other diets only to gain weight as they say you can eat as much as you want and after falling for that I know it’s just not true , this I really think will get me in great shape again , thanks for the video.

    Are the studies you talk about done on women ? According to Dr Stacy Sims who researches womens health most women need 2 grams of protein pr kg of ideal bodyweight. Even more when a women is in postmenopause because when we age we do not absorb the protein as well.

    I think when you say eat 20g more protein per day, and train that you body can use it for muscle growths, that is over 7KG after one year! 2g per lbs bodyweight is really too much, then. At least natural ;)

    I literally tried this fasting yesterday by accident and I’m loving it so far. I use to fast for 12 hours eat one meal but found myself always snacking at night, so my fast is now 6pm to 6pm I also been drinking a gallon a water a day for almost a year now.

    This was deeply vulnerable, thank you for sharing. I am a huge supporter of growing and tending to mind, body, soul to be the best version of ourselves. I do not subscribe to traditional and historically Christian beliefs and do not intend to get into any of that, but I will support you and this mission so long as that this doesn’t become a right leaning (or left leaning) organization. Spirituality is deeply personal and this country has a long history of squashing any culture that does not fit into the puritan belief system and quite frankly, I will not support that.     Autophagy doesn't start to work that fast. It takes days. I fast 3 days once a month. And if you really want to clean your body, do a 40 day water fast. You cannot work or anything at that time, so do it on summer vacation if you have one.
